All i can say is that i would highly reccomend you come down to the onk with a few strike pro pygmy range a spool of 5lb vanish. and fish from old noarlunga down throwing lures at the snags around this area i have best results casting past the snags bringin the lure down in front of it and then stopping right at the snag for about 3 seconds. it gives the bream time to notice its there. ive had a fair bit of luck using this technique. cheers Tp

i think strike pro make an interesting garfish lure. ive seen them around and i wouldnt mind tryin one of them down rapid bay jetty for the kings durin the summer. sorry dont have a picture cheers Tp

hey guys i took my shimano calcutta and my tcurve lucanus jig rod out on a charter with a lucanus jig haha and it was 80gm and that was plenty for depths to 50m and this was down cape jervis. i picked up a few rugger snapper, leather jackets and plenty of other reef species. this was my first time using them and i loved it i just let mine down to the bottom and then bottom bounced and when i felt a hit i didnt strike i let the fish do all the work.. all in all it was a great day cheers Tp

haha yer i thort so.. haha i do but if u rug up enought its not to bad and if i have my friend jack or jim with me hahaha they warm the blood haha
