Damobeer 0
Hi everyone, sorry it's been an age since I've posted my knowledge on UK freshwater fish  but it's been a bit hectic in damo land. First we moved house and then I've been going through a job application that's been pretty intense.Anyway, I've got through and am gonna be a Fisheries Officer with PIRSA down in Mount Gambier. Means a big move from Christies Beach for me and the family but I can't wait. Not bad for a Pom who's only been here 10 months hey? Thanks for all you help and info on this site from even before we arrived in this great land and I hope to catch up with some of you in my new career.Take care all!Damien Rickster

Damobeer 0
Cheers Jagger, I taught flyfishing in the UK for 12 years, the pleasure I get from seeing others catch is better than catching myself (well, almost!). I didn't realise how sought after this job was until I was offered it. Very privileged, to use an English phrase - must have trod in some dog sh*t!Living the dream here...
