Robo! 0 Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 Wel I've been told to get out the house sunday for the whole day and with the weather shaping up to be nasty I'm sure where to head, I do like my surf fishing and was think of giving waits ago but never been there before or am I better suited south port? as I only have a 2wd. Boyington214 0 Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 Hey Robo,Having a 2wd will not inhibit you from fishing either of those two locations. At Waits there is a carpark near the beach. Parsons beach (next one along towards Cape Jervis) also has a carpark that caters for 2wd vehicles. But either way, you will still have a walk ahead of you. The shortest walk would probably be Waits. We know the Sambo's are at Southport, I have been told they are getting them at Waits and Parsons but have not yet fished either of those beaches this year.
