Im not a serious fisher but i love to get out and catch my dinner whenever the weathers nice. :DIm goin fishin with a m8 on monday and we're wonderin where are the fish now? ??? (i never catch nuthin whereever we go)we r thinkin of tryin the garden island jetty whats that like, any good? he reckons hes caught some good bream, i think it was, there b4

Garden Island does have nice bream, for best results dig up tubeworm and any other local bait at by the jetty at low tide. you can also get whiting, mullet and garfish there but watch the size limit. Other places you can try for the same species are the power station and pretty much anywhere along the port. Good luck!

There mostly undersize puny ones at the power station but at least fun bringin them in all the time :icon_lol: but nothing 4 tea tho u c :icon_lol:

Apparently you get jewies in the channel there, try to get some shitties and chuck 'em back out live.

Hey just a report caught nothing but little baby mullet and bream. oh yeah and a pufferfish damn things took me hook . if you want to risk a fisheries fine you may aswell eat a goldfish :icon_eek:
