Squid Killer 0
Hi all I was thinking of taking the old man down to Cowell for a little fishing session on Boxing Day to test out our new gear and was wondering if the whiting are out in force down there or if they are few and far between? Thanks in advance for any helpChristian
pauly s 426
I think cowell really fires in winter for yfw but not sure if you'll still get a feed.. The blueys should be on you can wade out and rake em or just nets off the jetty. The flathead come through there as it warms up as well( could be by catch while your chasing yfw).As many tommies as you want in the lights off the jetty and same lights will have snook. Make sure you walk the jetty b4 trying as sometimes they hold on that 1 light and you'll get the bag much quicker. There was ink on the jetty in cowell but dunno how thick they are..Good luck man love it up there Squid Killer
