plankton 725 Posted November 2, 2014 Report Share Posted November 2, 2014 Hollow core is more expensive and only available in higher breaking strains but you can use splice connections rather than tying knots. Never used or cast hollow core but I can't imagine it casts differently to the solid stuff. It is comparable to any other spectra line but is more limp than a product like Power Pro as it lacks the stiff outer coating. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
