Brooksey_134 1
id say the best way to fillet them is by casting them out wen the sea lice are about :icon_lol:
pescados 1
I cut off the head and gut them, then run the heel of my hand over the back to flatten them out.turn over and with the point of the knife on a slight angle cut under the back bone starting at the back and go to front, do the same on other side and with a bit of practice you finish up with a nice butterfly fillet with very little meat left on back bone.If you want to bbq, just gut and cut off head and clean black crap from the inside. Fishie 98
I took this on my phone so it's a bit crappy but you should get the gist of thingsChop off the head and gut.. run a sharp knife down oneside of the backbone and then the fish will flatten out and you slide the knife under the backbone thru to the tail.... the whole job takes about 20 to 30 seconds to complete each fish
