A little while after that I was talking to another mate from Tasmainia telling him how I had just brought a rod and was getting into the sport. He offered another rod and reel for $50. So being cheap i thought why not (about 6yrs ago). To this day i still havn't put any line on it and i was thinking that i should. So i got it out to give it a clean and was thinking about when i got it, i remember my mate Tazzy telling me the bloke he got it from had a fair bit of cash and he didn't buy crap and based on that Tazzy thought this was a good rod and reel. So i thought i would ask you guys/girls on here about it? ROD: Martin MODEL: 38067E LENGHT: 8'0" LINE WT: 6/7REEL: Martin 61 the reel also has mad in the USA on the back.is this a good brand and has anyone used them before?
