I see that BCF has come into SA..It'll be interesting to see what specials they run for their grand opening.Most comments from interstate quote that they may have the range but not always the best price.

Have you looked at the van staal.Honestly the VS is totally different than the stella or saltiga,half the weight,double in strength.True quality reel,no casting used all high grade alloy.Designed to last a life time.

Saltiga is stronger but stella is smoother to wind.Both are good reels,but I would buy the cheaper one of the two as either one will give you good run over the years.It all comes down to personal choice..Where are you intending using the reel.

This guy selling them was contacted and did explain he has got genuine rex hunt reels.These were the reels supplied to rex for his show and all were numbered with his name on them.apparently he has hundreds of them and all minimal use.not that I would be interested or trying to promote sales but it’s the real deal.
