Well we went to the murray bright and early after a while managed to score this little beauty my new PB.... 50lb plus 115cm beauty my new best ,,im absolutely rapped what a day codseeker did the damage again love these luresohh and most of the bloodis from me in the excitement scored a treble in the fingerHad to change the front treble got smashed [crushed big time] happy as a pig in censored he did a bit of rolling in the mud i didnt want to land him in the boat opted for the slimy shore, everything done [photos measurements etc] in under 2 minutes i reckon and he took off like a steam train when released....

The Damiki Craft International look very nice might be a trout killer too....Havent seen them about but will have a closer look now

All depends how you prepare them my grandmother is german/slovak background and always served them up very well,,,,by the way I don't get the german croats comment before but if it was meant as a racist remark then get a carp up ya,if not disregard my comments.......

Whats wrong with eating cockles I love them,,,I use prawns for bait also and eat them as well.Most of our baits are eating products,squid,cockles,pilchards,tommies,mullet list goes on..Same problem occurs with our pillys they get cleaned out and we rely on indo's or whatever because our kingfish, tuna etc farms get most of them.Every industry tries to make a buck regardless and not every resource is sustainable forever, it will all come back to bite us in the ass eventually.An increase in price may actually save them with less demand due to this fact...[i feel for the loss of jobs because of it but I was retrenched also ,thats life]

Plenty of land based stuff to test your rod and reel out some big eagle rays with your name on them off the beach have to get out and get a few to play with i fya interested one day ??
