Gday Boys n Girls, nice site this, glad i came across itJust wondering does anyone no if there are any fish filleting courses going around, that cover the basics of fish we may catch. I havent got much patience when it comes to this, and perhaps rush things a lot, but im getting a bit sick n tired of putting in the hours on a jetty and then wasting my catch purely because i stuff up the filleting, in particular garfish, yellowfin, mullet etc, the usual bread n butter varieties, not much on youtube that ive found, didnt no if someone actually does a course on itThx boys n girls
