G'day all, Heading to Pt Hughes(with the boat) in a couple of weeks and was just wondering if there was any good recognised grounds that produce good fish?I have been there before, and caught a few whiting and squid, but would really like to catch a snapper on that side of the peninsula.I have been told to go out to the steamer channel(cant find co-ords) if the weather forecast is good, but other than that, i really dont have much, other than some spots out of the gps sa book. I am planning to head down there the week before christmas, and am planning to take the boat. It has a fairly deep hull (bertram 20fter) and seeing that actually makes me wonder if i should bother!!!Surely the charter operators must kick up a bit of a stink about that!!!!CheersBronzy
