plankton 725
Gonna setup some rigs for slide baiting for sharks off the beach. I've never chased sharks specifically, so after some advice. I only plan on targeting sharks to 2m as I don't think I want to deal with anything much bigger. :woohoo: I have some VMC 10/0 3X circles, would those be sufficient or do I need something more heavy duty? Also gonna use plastic coated wire, but what breaking strain would people recommend? smokeykebab 175
before the metro ban I was catching 4 footers on 80lb nylon coated wire and single 5/0 circles. short length of 60lb mono leader for stretch and 20lb braid.I think your 10/0s would be plenty big and I'd say nylon coated wire to 200lb and 100lb mono leader. plankton
