pellipeeli11 0
gidday allDid anyone see the story of the Humbolt Squid on THALLASA SBS TV last night ? these squid grow to 120cm (head length) and are caught for a short period of time every year off Mexico/Southern California The Mexicans dont eat them only catch them for Korean Business men who opperate the whole show of processing / packaging and exporting while paying the fisherman the equivalent of $20 per day each for all their work. Sorry about the quality of the photos i had to take them of the TVCheers peelipeeli 14[thumb][/thumb][thumb][/thumb][thumb][/thumb][thumb][/thumb][thumb][/thumb] http://www.fishyorkepeninsula.com/images/attachments/5HJdDSRi__big_squid.jpg[/img] http://www.fishyorkepeninsula.com/images/attachments/Pd6YM6Lh__diver_and_squid.jpg[/img] http://www.fishyorkepeninsula.com/images/attachments/AaaFKCpj__just_a_small_one.jpg[/img] http://www.fishyorkepeninsula.com/images/attachments/49tfXnBk__research_guy.jpg[/img]
