Hi mick, those hooks as I understand are a 'wet' fly hook for tying sinking flies whereas the B170 model is for 'dry' or floating flies. They are very popular with the trout fisho's and considered a very good hook.Cheers, Dave.PS. I read the post on the other site. Don't be brain washed into believing that small hooks = small fish. If that was true no big trout would ever be caught on a small fly, fish the size fly you are confident with and works for you.

G"day Mick, wouldnt normally put a link up to an internet site, but as you are looking for a specific product for a specialist purpose have a look at the link provided hereabouts. They are quick postage and good to deal with, and the daiitchi range are superb ,supersharp and durable, and have quite a lot of patterns in the sizes you are after designed specifically for fly fishing.Just have a look through the range you may find what your after.Cheers. 8)Link....................http://store.tacklemania.com.au/store/search.aspx?sck=4520254&Page=4&Sort=4&key=daiichi
