For what you would spend on the blank and components, thread, glues etc. You would probably pick up a rod off the rack a heap cheaper. Some will have a small supply of blanks.But if your after the option of choosing from a big range and components and blanks etc. Check out therodworks.com, Will have just about anything you could think of there. You can even buy complete kits for some rods. Your first stick mightnt be the prettiest, nor the cheapest in your collection, but it will soon become a favourite after catching your first memorable fish from it.Best of luck with it.
