jagger 24 Posted November 12, 2009 Report Share Posted November 12, 2009 Go to the butchers and see what they are using. I’ve got a mate that works at an abattoirs and they use victorinox blades. When they get too small for them, they are perfect for fish filleting !! You can pick them up for bugger all if anything !! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
