  1. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon rind, grated 3/4 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce 1 tablespoon course cracked pepper1 small pinch of sea salt1 tablespoon chilli flakes2 cloves garlic, crushed combine in a large bowl and add octopus tentacles marinate for an hour or so , chargrill over a high heat until cooked turning once .serve with salad of your choice and fresh lemon wedges .

Well ive seen a few recipes for beer batter on the site so i thought id have a go .1 bottle of coopers sparkling ale 1 hand full of ice cubes 1 egg1 tea spoon of curry powder1 tea spoon of chilli powder 1 tea spoon of onion flakes1 tea spoon of saltcombine all of above in large mixing bowl , whisk until combined binding agent i use ANCHOR SPONGE CAKE self raising flour , its lighter pre sifted and produces a crispier thinner batter . add flower until u get a slighty thicker than pancake mix consistancy . allow ice cubes to melt completley , mix again then use while still ice cold ...........ho
