I was in the same position as you and have just returned from my first Yalata trip, its is much better than dog fence, we camped at tijiti but drove to different beaches depending on the days conditions, we pulled good fish from bobs, jaxons and geues, good luck

I found that purple and silver colours work well, similer to the squidgy evil minnow pattern
