  1. What a top day. Good stuff guys
  2. sometimes when your fishing in tight places theres not always enough room for average size rods, ive gone through my fair share of rod tips and ive learnt from my mistakes.
  3. Cheers benny, yeah i prefer using lures 2 dude, Nice fish by the way. _matt_ its actually a silstar with my 2500 custom r on it bud, the reel was new when i got it, i like using the short rod for storage reasons, still rated as a 4 - 7 kilo rod. I like the increased abilaty to rapidly move around the boat when fighting the fish with the small rod, just somthing different i guess Got this 8 kilo specamin whith my short rod chukin around HBs.Its not the size of the rod its how you use it.
  4. Hey Guys Just thought id post up some pics of my mully Outfits that i use for different spots thoughout the state, love to here what you guys think, and what you use?
  5. wild man those 7 foot Shimano Aquatip rods are top notch to good stuff, grab me a couple if ya ever get the chance to buy a couple few more ay bud. lol i wish. good nets them to! saves fish loosing scales, always a grand thing.cheers swine aka the swine

  10. great sized yabbies gotta be happy with that :cheer:
  11. Well done catchno great fish. I think your weight estamate is a bit high tho. just going from my experiance mulloway that are around the meter mark are usually 7 or 8 kg. Still a top fish tho not trying to take that away from you.
  12. You could buy a outfit from Big W. But i personally would be pretty upset if i lost the fish of a life time because of my cheap crappy gear. Id rather pay 500bucks or so and get somthing good that i can trust will give me the best possable chance at getting in a Awsome fish.
