Don't know which BCF's you guys are going to, but if you head to the one at Noarlunga and speak to either Shane or Jarred(from the tackle department, as there are 2) you will more than likely be surprised at the level of customer service and fishing experience they have.If you head into these stores on the weekend or after work you will probably get their after school staff... which may be your problem.

My last batch came from P&T Recycling on Seaford rd at Seaford Meadows...Cant remember how much I paid, but it was cheap...

I use "W Hooks" on most of my blades, I rig them hook up so that I am less susceptible to snags, and find them to have an equally good hook up rate, plus no darn split rings!

I agree with @Piranha, spend more money on a reel... In the long run your reel is most probably going to outlast your rod by a long time.What sort of rod were you thinking of getting built, or whate did you want to use it for?
