  7. how ya doin fisho's?i have an old school 12 ft butterworth rod and i'm not the best at using such a long rod, so i was wondering if i should shorten the rod by chopping some of the butt off, or should i keep it in its original condition and just buy a 10 ft rod? it needs new guides for starters. they are all cracked and rooted.cheers shane
