franga 0
here are some browns beach sambos. it was a great day, ended up catching and releasing plenty. we took 15 and left them on the bite. we had to stop half way back to fillet some fish cos it was an absolute mission trying to carry them whole all the way back http://www.fishyorkepeninsula.com/images/attachments/RMVuL7wE__P7050063.JPG[/img]
franga 0
and here are two of the larger fish of the day, most were around 3kg. the biggest was 4, not that long, but thick as http://www.fishyorkepeninsula.com/images/attachments/ZqAWSi5Q__browns_sambos.JPG[/img]
bennyboy 0
nice one franga. Browns has turned on a few good sessions for us in the past too. Absolute buggery gettin back up to the car though {SMILIES_PATH}/tongue.gif The sizes coming from browns and the bottom of yorkes for that matter, have been on the improve over the last few years. Take away a few nets and it doesn't take long for the place to thrive with chunky fish again
fred 1
Nice fish franga.I love that sort of fishing.

goat herder 0
This was the biggest one I've got photographic evidence of. {SMILIES_PATH}/grin.gifEstimated around the 8-9lb mark, very thick thru the neck & head - and so's the fish... {SMILIES_PATH}/tongue.gif {SMILIES_PATH}/cheesy.gif Photo doesn't really do it justice.
