T BONE 1
Hi all, I just got a good deal on a Sol 3000 reel & Iam looking for a rod to match it up with. Will be using it for chucking around big plastics for Snapper & other large reef species (hopefully). Was thinking about a matching Sol rod in the 10-17lb medium/heavy range. What do you guys reckon, sound o.k or should a step it down to a 8-14lb rod?Edit - Think I just posted in the wrong section, can mods. please move to "the rod shop" if possible.
