hey guys. just wondering if anyone has had any experiance using Nitlon braid? what is it like? i bought 1000m of 15lb today from tackleworlds closing down sale for $130. RRP being $260thanks nathan

awesome, hope its good coz ive got a fair bit of the stuff! should be good for flicken lures for salmon and salmon trout

its the shit... I swear by it. Not everyone does, but I think its about what you have your best experiences with.If you're looking too offload a chunk of it I'd pay my way for 200 yards of it :PI have it in the 6lb, have bought it the last 2 times I've had to respool. Any knots come out easy, best I've had (not that that's all that many).

yeah. they also have 50percent off tackle and 25percent off reels. i got the braid and some salmon lures. $3.50 fot halco lures is pretty good!

I have the bright blue 20lb on my Certate and really love it. Second time ive spooled up with it.its very supple, ie no memory and you get great casting distance. :)Its made in Japan and most Japanese stuff is the "She-ite!"

i had the choice between bright blue and yellow. went for the blue!

Not many people seem to have blue line.So it stands out from the crowd. The other new line that stands out from the crowd is that code red stuff.I think its Berkley. Not sure I need bright red line though

Th blue stuff is shithouse for finesse bream fishin when you need to be watchin your line at all times for tiny hits. I used it once and could barley see my bloody line in the water disgusting stuff, but as you said youl be targetting salmon etc so ul be fine. I woulda gone the yellow though for its visibilty.

So true mate, in lighter line classes for light stuff this colour would be no good!Im using mine for thumping snapper that hit bloody hard and no need to watch the line.

yeah the yellow would be better for using hard bodies and soft plastics. i mainly use bait for bream as i cant master the lure art YET

Just went up there....I had these same thoughts about the blue stuff. They only had that in the 1km spools....Ended up picking up 300m of 6lb and 300m of 15lb, both in yellow.
