The Squid comp end this Friday so time to get those last posts in.

I'm deleting the sites cache from the server this should help some of you. Others may have to do the ol' Ctrl+F5 on PC or Command+Shift+r on Mac.If this still continues after a little while then it may be a different issue that i can look into.

Somehow we managed to get Malware on a page. The code has been cleaned up and we now have to wait for Google to give us the all clear.

I was going to look through all threads created in May that focus on squid. If you can mention your thread is specifically for the squid comp it will make it a little easier to find. Perhaps just add "SQUID" in uppercase in the title somewhere.There will be a vote at the end to select a winner. If there are lots of contenders I may have to reduce the number of threads that go into the final vote.

Just a reminder that you need to start a new topic for your entry to be eligible for the comp.As much detailed info as you can put in will greatly help your chances as you want to stand out among the others. Photo's are always going to help too

A poll will be added today so members can vote on their favourite report. At the moment we have a couple of members with multiple nominations so to keep things fair we're going through the reports and selecting one report for each member.

Ok everyone, time is up for writing a fishing report to enter the Fishing report comp.I'll wait until after the weekend to setup a poll with the final fishing reports that can be voted on.I'm giving a few days for those who would like to suggest a report as the weekend is always the busiest time in the forum. You can still only suggest a report posted between the 1st February and the 28th of February 2013.

A small amount of stickers are now available at Fishing Wholesalers at Lonsdale. More will be prepared soon and distributed around to other tackle stores.White and Black vinyl cut letters with the web address. They should last up to 8 years out in full sun and are also salt water resistant so should last for quite some time.

As long as it's not too hard to track down the winners it's all good So make sure the email address attached to the footy tipping account works and we should be fine.
