I have just came in posession of a wilson bait pump,Want to pump for clickers.Can any members tell me where is the best place or beaches to get some clickers and what other baits can you pump for.Thanks Marc.

I purchased my 50 hp motor from Hodge Marine, It was a fully reconditioned motor and my brand new trailer off them.Good bunch of guys there,George or David will look after you,Tell them Marc sent you.Very well priced too,For the same motor off of Pacific Marine they wanted 6,500 and off of Hodge I paid 4,000.I would go there for a boat Marc.

I don't know who you are but the guys on here are not XXXX wits,Every time ive asked for help on here the guys have helped me,They dont have to but they do because they are good blokes and we help each other on here.You just have to ask but with an attitude like that you won't make many friends or get much help.Good luck Marc.

Hi kerr_rhys,There is no jetty at Saint Kilda,You have to fish off of the rocks and you will catch:Salmon TroutBreamWhiting and you might even get a Flat Head there.It is good for Salmon Trout at the end of the break wall(off the rocks).I have caught a lot off Salmon Trout there in the past on Soft plastics or Whitebait.You get crabs there but you have to rake for them on the beach side.I hope this helps and good luck Marc.

Sorry guys i have a Shakespear ugly stick platinum that is my samon rod.Forgot about that one.Still got a few cheapos but debating if i should get rid of them or not.

Your so right Yorky,You may buy the equiptment you are looking for cheaper on ebay.But you can't get information and advice on ebay,The bait shops i deal with have some great guys and always willing to help you out and give you advice.If you go there looking at rods and then go back and tell them you have got a rod already and need a reel thats not loyalty to your local tackle shop and why should they give you advice if you are not willing to spend your money in their shop.I'm not saying you have to buy all your rods and reels of them,just when you buy a new rod or reel.Every couple of months

Went for a drive Friday morning to Salisbury Tackleworld to get me one of thoes rod wracks with the protective black caps on top.When i brought it it was red and the misses wasn't too keen on putting a red one on the 4wd,So i ended up spray painting it black.Looks okay,Just hope the paint doesn't come off too easy.Good blokes at Tackleworld ended up scoring a couple of stickers for the 4wd too.Defently be going there again for my fishing gear .Marc.

What is the best back pack to buy.I want to use it when i walk to the end of St Kilda breakwater or Outer Harbour break water.I want to use it for putting all my soft plastics and that for fishing so i dont have to bring my heavy tackle box with me.If any body has one for sale also i would be defently intrested.Thanking you Marc.

Can any members tell me what live shrimp are good for as bait.I can catch heaps at the local river,I was thinking of putting them in an aquarium and getting them bigger and then using them for bait.I caught a couple and i put them in my other aquarium with the fish and now they are really bigger,They have grown heaps.When i put them in the aquarium they were about 2-3mm and now they are about 10-12mm.Thanks for the help Marc.
