Not only big whiting fella, but caught in Whyalla waters is amazing. Sort of fish you get way down the gulf below Port Neill. Good effort.

I used to get them spear fishing on reefs around Cowell. My grandad would fillet them fresh and make a nice batter with them. Absolutely no good once frozen, but ok when eaten fresh.

I'm so determined to win this comp to have a fish with Ash. I've never won a footy tipping comp because the prize hasnt been big enough. But the dangling carrot is a fish and a chat with Mr Smith at Arno Bay I'm dangling around 6th...........lookout you lot, i'm gunning. I'm analyzing the footy like never before.
