  1. now i'm trying to find a shoe to wear with them as the one's hodgman make are too expensiveAny ideas ??
  2. I got mine off gumtree as the guy selling them purchased them on line and they were too big for him.I ended up with new waders for $60When i searched for them ebay has them around $100 delivered. If you are looking for that leak you need to hang them up and get some water into them and your leak will show itself. Then shoot off to a surf shop and buy some sealant/glue to fix it.

Hi,what size are you looking for.
  12. http://www.fishingtackleshop.com.au/categories/Penn-Reels-Clearance/?sort=priceascGood price and it has line included
  13. That is correct you don’t need expensive gear to catch fish, sure if you are pulling in lots of hard fighting fish every trip it would be worth it.In most cases having a longer rod will allow a longer cast, but if the rod is a bit short and you can’t get it out to a particular spot then you’d wish you had a longer rod.As for reels your best bet would to have a look at the Penn slammer 560 or 760 possibly a spinfisher.
  14. A lot is going to depend what area you launch from as not everyone can always travel to a good spot 250kls away and then there is no guarantee. I have worked the Christies area for many years because that’s where the ramp is and i had come in with nothing.I have spent time sitting at the ramp and asking the guys coming in only to be told nothing today mate.I believe talking to the locals guys more can be caught land based because that’s where the fish hang out,not out there with no structures out in the open sea.Yeah sure fish can be caught depending what you are targeting.
  15. For me not being on any fishing forums for a few years and visiting the same one’s from back then there is one very noticeable thing.Less people on them now.Must go to show how many must have pulled out and lost interest in fishing.More rules and regulations and less fish,i guess the writing is on the wall.

  17. kingswood country and Ted Bullpit, what a laugh that was.Be nice if we could get that up on tv again.
  18. What lead weight is ideal in getting max cast distance with these rods
  19. I'm not keen on using overhead reels anymore.
  20. What are the 4120’s used for in types of fish captured and what range of spinning reels and lines can you use on this rod. From the smallest to the biggest.
  21. I should have mentioned using a spinning reel for the set up.
