I was fishing and noticed that a dude on the charter I was on was spraying his bait with WD40.I'd never seen it but this guy raved about how it was awesome and that it's banned in fishing comps etc etc.Having never done it before I'm unsure... and the guy I was with certainly didn't outfish anyone else on the boat... so yeh anyone else have an opinion...???Also environmentally I wonder how good it is... but again have no idea what the ingredients for WD40 are!!!

  15. the big long predatory tentacles make for awesome whiting or snapper baits IMO... they are tender and easy to put on!

  18. first nanny was a double header which was sweet!
  19. A week or so ago I was lucky to get out into some deep water. I think we fished beween 40-60m all day and the next day my arm hurt alot (bad technique). I went out with Mark and a pile of other people from Reef Encounters on the bottom of yorkes.got my first Nanny, Swallowtail, Big Queenie & saw a monster groper also boated. some other big fish were hooked and lost!!!a great day and a great day of firsts for me!
