  8. I love laksa moreso for the versatility of the ingredients . . . Can use pretty much any moxed bag combination for the seafood component (a couple of hours at Marion Bay jetty for example found us with 2 squid, 2 whiting, a couple of tommies and a handfull of razorfish caught on the way down . . . Turned out tasty as and easily fed 5 blokes)

  10. Really quick, very simple, extremely delicious and works great with Mullet and Mackerel also. Ideal for those occasions where you caught a couple of bread and butter species and looking for the quick fix

  12. If anybody is looking for an alternative to smoking snook (personally, I do believe I could never get sick of smoked snook) . . . here is a delectable alternative that we whip out every now and again
