chuckemback 0 Posted June 4, 2011 Report Share Posted June 4, 2011 Ranger, if u like shark fillets you would be impressed with the 7 gills, have only sacrificed 1 ever.I shared it with my mates and they and thier families loved it as well. Be hard to let another largeish one go again.Depends on how much fish for food i have in stock at home freezer. We all had lots of meals out of it too.Just do the usual cleaning proccess for shark.....dont ever freeze it with skin on either.One of my mates rekons it was the best shark he ever ate , better than bronzy & hammerhead. kids luv it too (no bones) i too was impressed . worth catching if there is size to them for food , but they dont fight ! thats the bad thing.
