Mr_Willy 3
Yeah... what offer is this??
ausea 4
Penn has an exchange program that works through the service department.Simply, the program works as a option for the owner that cannot have his reel serviced/repaired because of age of the reel or availability of parts. They upgrade them into a current series of reels through the exchange program. ausea 4
Penn's "Made in USA" lineup includes:Torque spinning reels, International lever drags, Torque lever drags, International baitcasters, Torque star-drags, Baja Special, Senator 116L, Senator 117L.A total of 35 models, plus another 12 "stock" bail and color options, making 47 different reels. Some talk of spinfishers coming back to U.S.
Just Me 0
Right, but they're not making liveliners in the USA anymore and the Chinese parts don't fit so....Where have you heard talk about the Spinfisher Vs possibly being manufactured in the USA? Not that it makes a difference if the same materials are used. It's all about Penn staying on top of quality control.
CallopHunter 1
So is this available to Australian residents or not? Because my Dad has some really old Penn reels that would be 30+ years old and they have fallen into disrepair.
Just Me 0
The Penn Aussie website makes no mention of it so i'd bet no.http://pennfishing.com.au/about-us/
