I run a bar fridge of a 800 watt inverter & my car 40 & 90 ltr fridge has each a 350 watt inverter in them which they draw through.As far as running a genny on a jetty, I couldn't think of anything worse with the noise, but you may have different ideas, ever thought about dry ice to keep things cool.
