Kayak Noob 76
I've been watching a lot of Dive videos on youtube trying to find some potential Kayak spots, and I've seen several of these, they look like a good size, and could be fun on light gear in the kayak. But what is it? Some sort of Trevally?
ShoreJigger 171
Dusky Morwong, also known as Strongfish. Pretty elusive and hard to tempt. Bread bait and bread and tuna oil berley trail is your best bet I think. Kayak Noob

Kelvin 2,200
They pull hard. I've caught a few locally upto 75cm going for snapper and whiting. I've caught them on pilchard, cockle and bloodworm. Initially felt a bit like a snapper. Poor eating At times metro waters are full of them. Snorkel seacliff, marino or port noarlunga in summer and you will see heaps. Rarely take a bait.
bjorn2fish 4,612
Caught a strongie off of Porties Jetty a while back now, would have been summer. I would have been using squid or tommy as bait I reckon, possibly pillie. Was awesome fun, definitely worth targeting for the rush of the fight.
Kayak Noob 76
Cheers guys, that's where ive been seeing them, just about every dive from Glenelg to porties has one of these in the video.Guess I wont bother targeting them ,but rather just hope jumps on as a by catch one day and gives a good fight!
