hey just a few pics of the fillet table i made. had the sink and the iron bought bout $20 worth of timber and the rest of the timber i got elsewere .all up a cheap exersize all i need now is the fish cheers rafe

nice job ufish, yea those wasps can be a pain in summer during the day waterboy, night time the moths and mozzies can bring me to my knees and drive me crazy buzzing round my head.

i have been meaning to build my table for 2 years now and can only slap myself for not doing it. i will do it soon before the yellowfin come in as i was really sick of filleting when siting on a milk crate with the table top on an old bath. plans are...i have 1 plastic pallet with a smooth (well similar to a coarse laminex kitchen top) surface that i am going to cut a hole in the centre to fit a sink bowl in, build a frame and bingo a table that will allow 4 or more people around and a surface that shouldnt blunt the knives

That is excellent ufish2, very handy indeed My brother has one similar to that in his pergola area, so he can reverse boat in, get catch out and the table is right there ready..Good stuff..
