This dudes on the money. Low grade roo mince and curry powder. If you want you can chuck some aniseed in there as well but it doesnt make a whole lot of difference if your burleying with it anyway.Cheap roo mince has heaps of gristle, holds on your hook better and mullet go boonta over it. Just buy a kilo, work a heap of curry powder through it till it looses its moistness and then seperate into palm sized portions. Whack each in a glad bag or similar and freeze individually. Usually will get 2 hours per person out of one of these bags when they are on.
