afishyfish 4
Bit hard to tell from the photo, but it looks very similar to what Shags and I got out at GTR on Friday. We called it for a gummy but neither of us really know. Its body was a creamy-grey colour with darker splotches on it
Ranger 48
7 Gills grow up to about 15 foot, there's no minimum size on them, and they make good eating. They are easy to identify. Just count the gill slits, and check that they only have the small single dorsal fin.Just like any shark, bleed and gut immediately.
O2Catch1 170
Bit hard to tell from the photo, but it looks very similar to what Shags and I got out at GTR on Friday. We called it for a gummy but neither of us really know.Easy to tell, jam a finger in it's gob, comes out a bit sore it's a gummy, if it doesn't come back it's a 7 Gill. Mouth full of razor blades they have.Or, you could use Ranger's method
