I thought it was set out perfectly. stuff was always easy to find. You could always get good advice from Phill and other staff.Prices were reasonable too. I might be up there myself getting some old school Rapalas tommorow night. Not sure yet though. spartan 0 Posted August 19, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 19, 2010 Yeah loved going up there in the late 90s and early 2000 s on the way up to the old rapid bay jetty ( Now that was a great jetty) i think it was still sports fishing scene back then. But still went there a few times a year when i used to take the family up to victor (allways a good excuse to stretch the legs ha ) will be missed .PS heard he had it on the market for ages but no takers sad . cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites

urhookedfish 12 Posted August 19, 2010 Report Share Posted August 19, 2010 I was kind of devastated when it joined the Tackleworld group, but after watching enough I-fish to bore me to death, I finally accepted the name change and now its gone down the gurler :silly: .I used to hear about some of the Sportsfishing Scene sales, but always after they had been and gone! So I never ever made it to any. They were all Midnight sales so being a teenager and living with my parents meant I didnt have a chance in hell of getting dad to take me and buy me some stuff.
