I have often wondered the same thing, I think they would split off the hook tho as the oil wouldnt let you hook the meaty part of the rice, let us know if you ever give it a try, I dont eat rice so i wont be able to trial it for you

Why should we be supplied a sub standard product? (and I agree, we would). When we export our Meats, Dairy, Fruits, Wines, we are told its all export quality, the best of the best. BUT when we have to import somthing because our own supply cannot sustain us, then all we get is a sub-standard product from who ever we import from.Who is kidding Who?

I always carry a small bottle of aniseed oil with me for putting a few drops into a dozen or more cockles once opened and ready, now I'm not gonna say for sure if they work or not, but when things are quiet, it has got the KG's into action for me, then again if there are no fish in the area then nothing is going to work. A few drops of aniseed in your Gar berley works and as was said, if your a smoker or use sunscreen use aniseed insted of tuna oil to get rid of the smells from your hands.
