Hi MateI have had a petrol patrol and it was so heavy on fuel that at todays prices per litre you would need to be rich to do a trip. I then bought a hj60 landcruiser and it was a good car but a bit rough and needed a lot of fixing up (cosmetic damage that was already in it). I then have had two Hiluxes, one petrol and one deisel. The petrol was very thirsty if you went over 100klm. the deisel was great and the hiluxes are bullet proof.
