Keep them alive in a heshen sack in derash salt water, even if you have to change it every twenty mins, you can freeze them, just add some salt to them, will make them tougher mate

Yes mate, very true, all you need is a onion bag with fish offal in it and wash it through the water, in about half inch of water or as the water washes out and you will see them, you just need a good eye and a quick hand to grab them.

You can either boil the jaw's and the meat will fall off them, when you take them out the water hold the jaw's open with a stick or something other wise they will stay closed, or leave them out side for the ant's to eat meat off but that a long and smelly process.

It's a pity strike and hook can't hold a night teaching people how to tag and realise or showing people how to handle fish this big, or even have there own tag program where if you catch a big fish or a decent fish you can tag it and record it's detail's on a post, at least we can all show that all fisherman aren't cruel cause im sure we are all going to get a grilling about it or the governmet might even put a ban on sharking all together which isn't fair on the people that do the right thing.
