I said get their priorities straight... I didn't say anything about them not doing their job. Fining people for taking undersized fish, I agree with. But when there is a couple of kids on the jetty with just say one too many hooks on their rig and then these two fisheries force them to undo it when all around them there is 'so-called' Austrlians snatching baby crabs left right and centre and they don't do fucking shit about it. I have seen it many times.Maybe you have not fished a jetty for a while?

Hey skulker,Just fish of that weather poll thingy mo jig. Its about 150 metres west of the viewing platform. straight out from that. I have caught many there and been spooled. I got a big one of Semi last night but didn't get to see it... oh well.

One time I managed to catch about 4 bream about 40 to 48cms and I ate them all. It was out of the lake. I'm with malone on this one, the bigger the better.

I was just wondering if anyone has hooked onto any slimy in the port? This time last year they were cranking and so were the mullys so I'm hoping to use them as livies. Cheers for any replys.

I suggest you go down to your nearest waterway with only a deck chair. Sit and observe for about 4 or 5 hours every day for 2 weeks. Clear your mind off all thoughts and absorb your surroundings in. You have to smell and taste that sh!t. Observe the plant life, the water colour, the wind direction, the roughness of the water, what the birds are doing. Then I suggest you start researching fish spiecies in that particular type of waterway, (i.e. river, lake etc) Learn their feeding habits and aquired tastes. Only then will you be ready to make a trip to K-Mart to obtain your first lightsabre...

No,from the Veitch Rd area.......been under for "a while" as well........couple of weeks from memory.Oh yeah, I think I know where. I went fishing one time there from this ancient looking wharf. I think thats where they would have driven the car off.BTW, was their skin all translucent n stuff from being underwater?
