batesmotel 5
I want to do an overnight session for some sharks this coming week end and need some advise in where I should try. I want to stay local to Adelaide so which of the southern beaches are worth trying at the moment? I suppose this will be weather permitting but I just need a beach fix it has been to long. netman21 0
brighton jetty has been good for sharks and that,s south if your talking about fishing for sharks off southern beaches your really going to need an offshore wind blowing for that.
Herbert the Great 0
Mate, can i suggest going a bit further south??If the weather is halfway decent, every man and his dog will be off the end of brighton... and they'll bring their kids and their dogs' kids!Just a thought... batesmotel 5
I was thinking way south say Goolwa, Port Elliot or something like that. I suppose that is not local to Adelaide but I meant on this peninsula as I'm not going past Port Wakefield this weekend.
Dan C 1
I think I read somewhere gummys are starting to show up at Goolwa? Might've been the Sunday Mail so probably not too reliable though!Cheers
Des 818
Have a wade down one of the Thompsons Beach channels at the bottom to start of the tide.Bleed a couple of Salmon trout and put them in a keeper net hanging off your tub.You should wind up with this. They are around now.Good fun to land on Yellow Fin Whiting Gear!!!Cheers, Des archerfish and Savagelip

Southcoastfisho 0
Hey Bates.. there have been a fair few gummys caught at Goolwa the last couple weeks so they are on the bite if that helps!! I think they are more towards the mouth though.
