Ranger 48
I have 2. A 4kg and an 8-12kg. Magic rods with heaps of strength where it counts.
greeny03 0
I have a 2-5kg 6ft3inch spin rod. Is a very good rod, thats for sure. Found that is better to fish braid on it than mono, but that is only for feel on bites. As Ranger said, plenty of strength and gutsy rods in my opinon.

Cal 480
Mate I love livefibres, have 2 myself, and not personally having a go at the rep in question, but you have to remember thats what a sales reps job is ,to promote the product, which in this case is a good one,but there are plenty of instances where they arent. But yes you are right they are a nice rod theres no doubt. Leethal 1
Yesh i have the 2-4kg spin rod, has pulled some good fish over the years and is still going strong, worth the coin for them anyway
urhookedfish 12
They do look the goods thats for sure.was going to buy one when last picking out a snapper stick, but ended up going for a Calstar (Graphite) from the US.I still have one on my wish list...but on that wish list is also a PBR pro blue by GLOOMIS.The Calstar has performed beutifully for me though.Have moved on now and now fish Saltiga Hirimassa but are yet to land a fish on this. The Tex's look trully sensational and look to be great value for money. Ranger 48
Let me look a little further into that one Lee, coz the Texaliums are still relatively new on the market! They've only been around for a couple of years, and to the best on my knowledge there are only a couple of places who stock them.

Ranger 48
I checked this out today, and yes I was wrong, but also I was right!About 12 months ago Wilson did trial longer 3 piece surf rods. These were stopped though, as there were problems with delamination and the blank breaking down under stress.Apologies for being an ill-informed knobhead!
Ranger 48
I always check out the latest toy store catalogues and try to keep up with changes!
