Hi,Just wondering if a drag can be repaired? egHad a decent size ST on the line and was cranking the handle but the line stayed static and yes I could not tighten the drag anymore to what it was.Needles to say, lost it.

at a guess, i would say the drag washers are that compressed, they have reached the end of there life.not saying you do it pescados, but most times, this happens when storuing the ree; without backing off the drag fully... they get so compressed, they stay that wayshould be pretty easy to match them up at any tackle store.

Shouldnt if if you tie it on there properly. We always put a peice of masking tape around the spool give the braid something to bite into.

Easy done hey dubs. I dont beleive in the mono backing coz id rather have a constant line to the end but each to their own. So many different ideas hey
