Joy and her mum came over for the w/end, so I decided to prepare something different for her mum. And she loved it. I could not eat all mine (recovering slowly from being sick) but they devoured theirs . Cheers

I do not have any kids, let alone grand children but the amount of attacks is proportional to the # of sharks and seals (natural food source here in SA. And I have lived and dived in WA) I would rather have a cull on sharks than see a child or a fellow human killed as it will affect so many of the relatives IMO

How about this 2 deaths in one week in WA Used to live there next to the latest where a lady was taken. I feel there is a "Duty of Care" needs to be taken by the government of Australia and cull (IMO) sharks and their food source... seals said but need to look at the big picture, could be your child or family member. I have had the models explained above but because I LOVE my smoked food, be it fish chicken, pork and so on I bought a Hark 2 door I suppose it is what you want IMO

PS look up smoking Pork smoking. Get a roast (rolled with skin) after smoking season skin with seasoning (rub) and put under the griller. Yum. Lots here know this, even my Jack Russell (Sonar)

Poppa when you get to know your smoker you will love it as much as your wife and or friends. I have the Hark 2 door and when I got it I used it every day, doing pork, chicken, turkey legs and of course fish. The trick I found is the brine. Check online as you brine different and do the "rub" to suit the food you have chosen. I use mine at least every week on something as you can not beat than smell and flavour. I do use a fair bit of fresh green rosemary (got a large bush of it) Cheers

I use Willy (silly weather) Buoy Weather and windyty and get a good overall idea of the big picture. Otherwise I lick my finger and get the true indication as I feel they can not pick there noses let alone the weather

3 nets / person so this means if you have say 4 people you can have 12 nets But max crabs allowed is 60. If there are only 2 people = 6 nets and 40 crabs.

Still got them Bobby gonna rearrange the freezers somehow (just thought, might end up in the Engel) As far as crab bait I use Atlantic Salmon heads in my large nets (2 / net) and find them the ducks nuts. Cost $2 / head at Samtass but they do produce every time. Work great during winter too. My advice get some and try carp and let us know what you find now that the crabs are running hard. Like I said found AS better by a country mile IMO Cheers
