    my dad, uncle and grandpa all have commercial licences. i squid with my grandpa, dab gar with dad and go for snapper with my uncle. pretty good lifestyle!

    keep jigging your squid lure. drift over broken bottom. teasers are a great thing! keep away from the pros. haha. we use 30lb mono handlines with a swivil and yo zuri jag

    i work for a pro squider. when the squid are biting they will hit anything. we catch plenty without these fancy jags and scents. pretty sure they catch more fisherman than fish!

    even in november the market has plenty of snapper going through it because fisherman from other states know there is a ban on over here so they freight their fish over for a better price. i work for pro's long lining. sometimes we longline a spot and get next to nothing then the next day drop the rods over there and bang there on. long lining doesnt always clean the fish up.

    the prawn trawlers do the most damage by far. no one should blame the pro's. the prawnies basically rape the bottom of our gulf, taking everythng in its way. all the small snapper, whiting, squid and all the other sealife would struggle to come back in numbers.... thats just my opinion

    a mate of mine paid $180 from there! i did a week work experiance there with scott and arthur. . .and i know mark looks after us all.

    i would get bth but i have a limited supply of cash. i reckon il go for a 4120 and just play the bigger stuff. have to catch a big one first! haha. does anyone have any reviews on syneder glass rods? price? ive got a abu 7000 reel

    i will be mainly targeting salmon but i will be going to salt creek every now and then. i will be using baits not lures. so star sinkers and anchor sinkers.

    hi everyone. i used a mates 4120 the other day and im thinking of getting on my self. it handled salmon well and i was wondering would it hold mulloway or sharks in the surf?cheers ttk
