Zman grubz in motor oil with a 1/8 jig head goes alright

Went to OH yesterday with my step dad in the yaks, we caught a heap of puffers and undersize ST's but we also managed a few nice ST's. It was my first time fishing that area, looking forward to fishing it more

catching those makes me tired.

I got one the other day I think it cost about 12-15 bucks, yet to try it but ill let you know how it goes

i'm only just getting serious with fishing so although i do have 2 reels, 1 of them hardly turns over. $$ is tight atm so i've just been building my tackle up. I've got another reel coming but i bought it off ebay before i joined this site and saw the poor reviews ebay reels have got :S

yep i defiantly need to go back to bait haha i tried some soft plastics today (just using very basic tackle and some crappy techniques off youtube) but got zero. even worse i saw some fish jumping out of the water right next to where i was casting hahaI'm going to head back again tomorrow with some squid and pilchards and see what i can do. I'll be happy with anything at this point. I got a new rod and all i've caught on it was a couple of squid i wanna give it a good test...Kaotik.

I've never caught a Bream, but I want too. I went down to the onka today but didn't get a thing. Where would you say the best chance of landing a bream would be?

Hey I'm heading down to river road today to fish the Onkaparinga at about 3ish. I've never fished here before but I was thinking of using soft plastics (which I have also never used before) just wondering what I should be looking for if I want to target bream? Kaotik.

I only joined this forum today and i've already learnt so much! Just wish i had seen all this before i purchased my new reel of ebay though it's on it's way, i'll let you'll know how it goes.
