can some one clear something up for this uninformed fisho where does it state in the rule book that you may still use meat as bait or burley as long as you are more than 2 nm out,correct me if im wrong but isnt meat product banned all together..now secondly i know that no one has been fishing our local jetties with illegal gear ,,that is my oppinion i have no proof of this same as mr fielder has no bloody proof they are he is entitled to an oppinion but dont make up storys sir to justify your rant...anyway fishos its been raised now so tread lightly try not to make a bad name for land based s

just thought id do a quick post to bring to the attention of anyone fishing for new species or just in need of a reminder on the size and bag limits of the fish you are catching,in the latest wildcoast mag i found a number you can text the fish s name you have caught and it will return you the size and bag limits for that fish the no is 0427767995 i know i could have used this a few times and it could save you a fortune at the ramp should you meet with fisheries on return from what you mistakenly thought was a succesful trip...thanks and enjoy carps

mate caught a couple a mullies and a snapper of there last week weavs not sure on sizes though keen as

weavs yell out mate il pick ya up on the way through without a problem when we goin lads

yep hear ya one of the great things about summer fishin is the kids never get bored in the boat between th gar tommies and crabs there is always something comin on board

just back on the crabs for a minute i agree the quota should be halved and no im not saying this because i cant catch them and am jelous of the pros im saying this because they dont freeze well and even pickled 40 crabs = about 5 jars no one needs that much each trip..i do have a question though i never keep female blues legal or not i just figure leave the mums to do their job and in theory there should be more around in future does this make sense or by taking the males is this procces being defeated anyway YOUR THOUGHTS :S

where do ya live mate ive got a garden mulcher i put mine through add tuna oil and wulla great burley for bugger all.. i normally head up the river and collct as many as i can bring back but 10 carp make not even a 20ltr bucket when mulched and tuna oil added and we will chew this on 1 good night sharkin so if ya local to me il take wat ya got better than letting em rot on the banks

mick ive got a 100 ltr one of these eskies not same brand but same same if you ask me ive had 5 cartons of beer + ice for a week in mine and at the end of the week the bottom layer of beer was actually frozen into a ice block in the eski they are the best but i wish i had gone a longer one not so square as any decent size fish cannot be laid flat and take up a lot more room than they should i also have a 60tlr one witch is solely used for bait and fish this will hold a slurry for a whole day in the sun opening and closing all day to add fish to mind you this one is white and my bigger one is d
